CLOAKROOM
A Cloakroom will be operating in the Skalkotas foyer throughout the Congress.
Delegates’ items (such as coats, poster cases, etc.) can be left at the Cloakroom only on a daily basis and during Congress operating hours.
EXHIBITION OPERATING HOURS
All exhibitors are listed in the Program (see Exhibition Floorplan at the Sponsors’ Section). The exhibition will run during Congress dates at Skalkotas foyer as follows:

CURRENCY / EXCHANGE
The Greek currency is euro (EUR). Exchange offices are located all around the city center (exchange offices and banks).

The EABIP Office will be located in Breakout Room MC3.3 and will be operating on Sat. 16 October and Sun. 17 October 2021.

The electrical power supply voltage in Greece is 220-240 Volts (US/Canada: 110-120 Volts).

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
The ECBIP 2021 is observing an environmentally friendly policy. In this context, every effort has been made from preparation to realization of the Congress, to minimize impact on the environment. The Organising Secretariat observes an in-house recycling policy, and offices are hosted in energy saving premises.
During the ECBIP 2021, no plastic badges will be used.All delegate material is electronic.Venue caterers will be using recyclable cups, plates and cutlery, instead of plastic ones.
Venue selection has taken into account easy access through a variety of public transportation environmentally friendly choices, thus minimizing carbon footprint.
FACILITIES FOR PERSONS WITH IMPAIRED
MOBILITY
MAICC premises have been specifically designed to support the needs of persons with impaired mobility.All Congress areas are equipped with facilities that allow easy access, whilst specially designed restrooms, trolley bars and ramps are available in all levels.
FOOD & BEVERAGES
Coffee and Lunch during official breaks are included in the delegate registration fee and will be served in designated catering stations in all Congress areas.

HYBRID FORMAT
The ECBIP 2021 will be held in a hybrid format which means fully physical and fully virtual at the same time. Delegates registered for physical attendance can participate in sessions according to the Program at the Congress Venue.
Delegates registered for virtual attendance can participate in sessions according to the Program through the dedicated ECBIP2021 virtual platform. All Congress sessions can be watched live
via the ECBIP 2021 virtual platform, by clicking
on the session’s name, where you can find
more information and the livestream itself.The livestreaming platform is YouTube, so please make sure that you visit it from a network that allows you to access YouTube videos.
Access to the Virtual Platform includes these features: ► Live Support: A Live Support system will be
available for all attendees who will participate in the Congress, in order to resolve any technical issues that may arise and/or provide guidance through the platform.
► Meeting Hub: You will be able to contact all participants and interact with your colleagues through the Meeting Hub section.
► IMPORTANT NOTE: ECBIP 2021 sessions will
be recorded and made available for post- viewing for a period of two (2) months following Congress dates.
