INSURANCE & LIABILITY
The Organisers will accept no liability for personal injuries sustained by or for loss or damage to property belonging to Congress participants either during or as a result of the Congress or during all related events. Only written agreements shall be valid.All disputes are subject to resolution under Greek Law and the place of jurisdiction shall be Athens.
INTERNET
Free WiFi access will be available in all Congress areas throughout the duration of the ECBIP 2021 Congress.

LANGUAGE
The ECBIP 2021 official language is English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.
LOST & FOUND
A lost and found service is available at the Cloakroom, operating near the Registrations Desk.

PARKING
The Congress venue offers a total of 750 parking spaces in a 3-story underground car-park facility.
PHOTOS
Photos of sessions and Congress areas will be taken during the ECBIP 2021.Attendees are advised to contact the Registrations Desk, for any issue or objection with this respect.

REGISTRATION
BADGES
Congress delegates who do not have outstanding payments may collect their name badges through the self-check-in station,
located near in Skalkotas level (-1) of the Congress venue, thus avoiding queues for badge pick-up.
Important note: Your badge is your personal identification to enter the Congress. Due to attendance limitations and protocols, entry to Congress areas will be monitored, so please be mindful of your badge for the Congress. In case of loss, an administrative fee of 20€ will be charged for reissuance.
Important note: In order to obtain CME credits, delegates are requested to scan their badges’ QR when entering Congress halls.
CERTIFICATES OF ATTENDANCE
Certificates of Attendance will be delivered by email to delegates that have attended the scientific program, after completion of the ECBIP 2021.
REGISTRATION & HOSPITALITY DESK
The Registrations Desk and Onsite Secretariat is located near the entrance of Skalkotas level (-1) of the Congress Venue and will be operating throughout Congress dates according to the following schedule:
Day 1 ► Friday, 15 October 2021 Day 2 ► Saturday, 16 October 2021 Day 3 ► Sunday, 17 October 2021
